WHAT SERVICES DO WE OFFER?
Pouch is registered with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) as an Operator of Payment Systems (“OPS”), and is not a bank. Pouch provides financial services in partnership with a licensed bank “Netbank”, a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider “Coex Star”, and several product partners. We proudly offer the following suite of services:
Local Inter-Bank Transfers: Seamlessly send your PHP Balance to any PESONet and InstaPay member bank or e-wallet;
Bills Payment & E-Pins: Conveniently pay your bills, utilities, and purchase electronic/gaming pins using Pouch;
Lightning Services: Experience the future of payments by sending and receiving funds across borders with any lightning-enabled eWallet or merchant. The Lightning Network, a Layer 2 communication and payment protocol, is built on top of Bitcoin, offering a modern way to transact globally;
Bitcoin On-chain Transactions: Securely conduct Bitcoin on-chain transactions, which are transparently added to the public ledger;
Remittances via the Lightning Network: Utilize our 'Send Globally' feature to effortlessly send money directly to any US Bank Account.

This information may include transaction descriptions that relate to you or your name or username.
This information is primarily needed to provide our Services, maintain the security and operation of our App, perform troubleshooting, and comply with laws, as well as for our internal analytics and reporting.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.
